Room Hire

Small and large rooms at One Mile Community House can be hired by community groups or organisations, either for single events or on an ongoing basis.

At present we are not hiring our spaces for private events.

Our facilities are wheelchair accessible, with ramps and rails at every entry/exit point. Well-lit and easily accessible off-street parking and peaceful outdoor spaces. Gender-neutral accessible bathrooms.

Foyer and Balcony

Foyer has cafe tables and chairs in an open space. Balcony has tables, chairs, and BBQ.

Please note this is the common space, open to the public.

Room 1- Becoming

Closed room with window, whiteboard, projector screen, projector, air conditioning, tables, chairs, and storage cabinet and cupboard.

Room 3- Belonging

Room with 4 storage cupboards, window, air conditioning, two trestle tables, and chairs.

Office

Private locked office, with desk, chair, air conditioning, window, and locked cabinet. Plus seating for guests.

Community Shed

Open plan shed with storage, various hand power tools, and larger equipment.

Basketball court, garden, and BBQ space.

Playspace

Childcare space with kitchen, bathrooms, offices, and storage room. Various toys can be accessed, tables, chairs, desks, and locked cabinets. Own alarm system and air conditioning. Outside children’s play gym and sandpit.
